Yasmin attended the Aveda Institute of Denver, completing her licensing in early 2024. She initially worked at a salon that specialized specifically in curly cutting and coloring. Through this salon, she gained certification in the CurlPrint haircutting and Pintura Highlighting technique. CurlPrint is a dry cutting method for all curl types, while Pintura is a handpainted highlight that is specifically designed to enhance curly hair. It adds dimension, brightness, and a natural sun-kissed effect. She also enjoys any color that allows her to bring a bold, modern flair to her clients. She is passionate about creating unique, edgy looks that celebrate individuality.

She is currently completeing a hybrid apprenticeship with Cedar to gain more knowledge in styles outside of curly hair so she can broaden her skillset and work with a broader client base.

Outside of the salon, Yasmin loves exploring Denver, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, but also enjoys a cozy day in playing video games with her cat and dog.
