WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?

We kindly ask that clients allow a minimum of 48 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. If your appointment is cancelled after 48 hours, we reserve the right to charge 25% of the service that was to be performed. If you cancel within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service that was to be performed. If you cancel the day of your appointment, it will be treated as a no-show; we reserve the right to charge 100% of the service that was to be performed.

WHY IS THERE A $10 DEPOSIT FOR ONLINE BOOKING?

We require a $10 deposit on all color services booked online due to an unfortunate number of people putting fake/invalid credit cards on-file through our booking site. The $10 deposit ensures that your card is valid and protects our staff and salon in the case you no-show or cancel last-minute. We want to be sure our staff is getting paid for their time when they could have been seeing another paying client. The $10 deposit will become a credit on your account that will be deducted from the final cost of the service performed.

WHAT IS YOUR LATE POLICY?

We ask that clients be no more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may apply.

Booking an appointment online can be confusing! That's why we have a service page dedicated to explaining what each of our services is! If you're still confused, give us a call or schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists.

MY HAIR NEEDS AN OVERHAUL/I WANT ONE OF THOSE PRETTY FASHION COLORS. HOW SHOULD I BOOK?

If you feel that the service you need falls out of the parameters of any of the services you see listed, we recommend booking a complimentary consultation so the stylist can make sure enough time is booked and to give you a personal quote. Color corrections start at $100/hour.

I'M NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY HAIR, WHAT CAN I DO?

If you received a service and you're not feeling totally happy with it, we want to help! Give us a call or fill out the form on our contact page and we will make another appointment to address your concerns. We ask that you call within 10 days of the original appointment.
