What is your cancellation/no show policy?
We kindly ask that clients allow a minimum of 24 hours notice when cancelling an appointment. If your appointment is cancelled after 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the service that was to be performed. The same is true for no shows.
What is your late policy?
Most of our stylists double book, meaning that while a color is processing, they can take someone else so we can see as many of our beloved clients as possible. Because of this, we ask that clients be no more than 15 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled.
I don't know what service I need done!
Booking an appointment online can be confusing! That's why we have a service page dedicated to explaining what each of our services is! If you're still confused, give us a call or schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists.
My hair needs an overhaul/I want one of those pretty fashion colors. How should I book?
If you feel that the service you need falls out of the parameters of any of the services you see listed, we recommend booking a complimentary consultation so the stylist can make sure enough time is booked and to give you a personal quote. Color corrections start at $100/hour.
I'm not completely satisfied with my hair, what can I do?
If you received a service and you're not feeling totally happy with it, we want to help! Give us a call or fill out the form on our contact page and we will make another appointment to address your concerns. We ask that you call within 10 days of the original appointment.
