Emily founded Cedar Hair Studio in 2018 with a vision of creating more than just a salon. After discovering a passion for mentoring new stylists and fostering a healthy, supportive culture, she set out to build a space where both guests and stylists could thrive. What began as a six-chair salon has since grown into the vibrant team and community Cedar is today.
Behind the chair, Emily specializes in dimensional blondes, lived-in color, traditional highlighting, and low-maintenance hair. While she still loves working with guests, much of her time is now spent coaching the Cedar team, developing education programs, and helping the next generation of stylists build successful, fulfilling careers.
When she's not at the salon, Emily enjoys skiing, off-roading in her Bronco, relaxing on a patio with a glass of wine, and spending time at home with her husband and their dogs and cats.
